TRAVEL INFORMATION

TIP: We advise to buy a sim-card with internet included (select the cheapest option possible) as soon as you arrive. This will make your trip as smooth as possible.

The school takes place at MIPT campus, in Dolgoprudny, Moscow Region, about 25 minutes from Moscow by train. We recommend you to fly to the Sheremetyevo airport (SVO), which is about 30 minutes by taxi from Dolgoprudny. Other airports, Vnukovo (VKO) and Domodedovo (DME) are further away (1-2 hours depending on traffic), and you are more likely to hit the traffic when taking a taxi.

Please let us know of your arrival date/time and flight number if you have not done so already.

You can always get in touch with us by phone +79851213906 (Anna, arrives to Moscow on 30 June), WhatsApp +358417287454, or Skype: sagitta.m .

Directions to the School:

From Sheremetyevo Airport:

By taxi: We recommend you to use Yandex Taxi (about 600-700 RUR) or Uber (the price starts with 700 RUR). Yandex Taxi has table racks right in the arrival hall in Sheremetevo, where they help people to order taxi. You may want to pre-install and set up payment through the Uber app on your phone before you travel.

Upon your arrival, check the traffic conditions using, e.g., Google Maps. If you would like to avoid traffic, you can consider public transit options (see below).

By train: Take Aeroexpress train from Airport to Belorussky Railway Station (travel time 35 min; price 500 RUR, see the train schedule at http://www.svo.aero/en/directions/ ). You may find Aeroexpress by following the signs in the airport. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk from terminal D to Aeroexpress.
